DIY Disney Glitter Ornaments
I was inspired to make these cute DIY Disney glitter ornaments by Happiness is Homemade. Visit her site for full instructions. What appealed the most to about this idea was the flat service, which makes it super easy to adhere the vinyl without bubbles! Who doesn’t love super easy? Trying to apply vinyl to a curved surface is a frustrating process and this project eliminates the frustration.

Designing Your Glitter Ornaments
The Mickey and Minnie icons and Minnie’s bows are available in Cricut Design Space. Jack Skellington and Mike Wazowski were found on the internet then uploaded to Design Space. Generally, I search for Disney coloring pages to upload to Design Space. This makes it easy to create a one layer cut file.
To size images correctly for your ornaments insert a circle and size to the same size as your ornaments. This makes it easy to make sure your characters will fit nicely on the face of the ornament.

See this post to learn how to make pants for your Mickey and or a skirt for Minnie.

My daughters love their new disney ornaments! These make a great gift for the Disney fans in your life. They are expensive to make, as each ornament requires very little vinyl (I used all scraps). I did use more glitter than I expected for each ornament. Be sure to use a funnel to pour the glitter into the ornament and reuse the extra glitter you shake out.
